We stock every single one of the Sinfony shades, opaquers and custom tints to provide a long-term fixed transitional restoration to be proud of. All pontics are highly polished, and come with a prep guide/pontic positioning stent, as well as a Piranha 38 inverted cone diamond bur for cutting the preps!

If the anticipated service of your Monodont Bridge is short term, as it would be over an implant or grafting site, the Acrylic version of the Monodont Bridge might be the answer. Our Acrylic Monodonts are fabricated using a better quality of denture tooth with the framework processed inside of it. We use only Pro-Tech U-Bar Metal Bonding chemistries to assure a strong resin to component bond. Our pontics are always heat and pressure processed for a dense cure and highly polished surface.

Dr. Lans was fabricating dentures in the family lab long before he ever went to Dental School. (That's a LONG time...) Our denture fee is comprehensive and includes a custom tray, Triad material baseplate with wax rim, set-up using our stock teeth and processing/finishing. Call brand teeth available for extra charge. Generally, denture cases require three weeks start to finish depending on the logistics of shipping.

Our frameworks are cast for us right here in the United States by a companion Dental Laboratory with over forty years experience in casting partial denture frameworks. Like our complete dentures, our fee is comprehensive.

We stock 3i Pilot Tubes, but will be happy to order any brand you or your implant placing Specialist prefer. We'll be happy to ship the guide directly to your Specialist if you like.

Our nightguards are available either rigid or resilient. Our rigid nightguard is fabricated out of Sledgehammer (TM) acrylic. As it's name implies, this material is strong and durable. All of our rigid guards are heat and pressure processed for a highly polished non-porous surface . Available with or without interproximal ball-type clasps for added retention.

A basic repair is the rejoining of two approximating surfaces, or the replacement of the patient furnished tooth within the denture. Complex repairs include adding teeth and/or clasps, reinforcement meshwork, soldering or complex fractures. In the immediate service area which includes Highland Park, Highwood, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Northbrook and Deerfield, Illinois, we offer repair services on a same day basis, as well as our relines and rebases, which ordinarily require 2 days in the lab for production.

                                                   Basic Repair Fee $85.00. Complex Repair Fee on a per case basis.

All of our relines and rebases are heat and pressure processed. We never use pour or cold cure chemistries for these procedures. You can count on our relines and rebases to be densely cured and highly polished for your patient's comfort and ease of maintenance.

We do indeed have "Everything Monodont!". Many clinicians like to stock at least a Sample Pack of the Ten available sizes of Monodont Components to use in chairside emergency situations. You can fabricate a direct emergency Monodont Bridge by using your favorite composite material and the Monodont Component. Replace it later as needed with a Laboratory fabricated version...hopefully a Mars Lans Monodont!
